After working as a prosecutor since 1995, Attorney In Chul Kang became a judge and acquired experience in civil and criminal cases of various professional fields by working as the Presiding Judge in the intellectual property rights, motion, labor, construction, collegiate panel for civil cases, and criminal appeals departments. Attorney Kang handled many major construction cases in which the state is a party and wrote practical manuals regarding the trials on construction cases for the purpose of passing down the practical know-hows to the junior judges and also wrote helpful booklets relating to his area of expertise (understanding of trials and other booklets for judges). He continues to pursue his studies in the field of tax law and the current trend of construction law through his involvement in Korean Construction Law Association and Korean Tax Law Association. Throughout his legal practice, he became well-known as an attorney who uses his best efforts as he succeeded numerous times in receiving non-guilty verdicts for the defendants who had received guilty verdicts at their first trial. He endeavors to prevent the innocent parties from becoming the defendants in economic crime cases, resulting in five non-guilty verdicts and the increased client trust.
