·	Represented 12 construction companies in claiming overhead costs for Subway Line 7 against Seoul Metropolitan Government

Advised on claims for adjustment of contract amounts at various public works construction sites, for the reasons of design changes, price fluctuations, and settlement of actual costs, etc. Includes arbitration for S Corporation’s Incheon LNG Unit 13 and 14 construction sites (received KRW 12.4 billion) and support for K high-speed rail 7-2 construction site design change claim (claimed approximately KRW 13 billion)

·	Advised on measures to receive additional costs for suppliers due to suspension of nuclear power plant construction, deliberation on contract price adjustment due to design change, etc.

·	Confirmation of design qualification status in Korea for a large construction company and others

·	Claim for damages against a construction company by a fish farm operator for the depletion of fish stock in connection with the Four Rivers Project

·	Fair Trade Commission investigations, prosecution investigations, and damages lawsuits related to bid rigging for the construction of the Han River Three Gorges (Four Rivers Project), Honam High Speed Rail, reservoir bank raising for rural communities, and steel facilities for the Soyang River Dam

·	Represented subcontractors in construction price and damages for violation of subcontracting laws, etc.

·	Claimed damages against a construction company for exaggerated advertising of infrastructure around an apartment complex

·	Legal counseling in connection with new construction projects in Cheonan, Wonseong-dong, etc.

·	Claims against large construction companies such as D Construction Company and H Construction Company for construction payment, transfer payment, rescue payment, defect repair, and damages

·	Cases involving overhead costs, invalidation of subcontracting contracts, unjust enrichment, etc. for mid-sized construction companies such as K Construction Company and H Construction Company

Claims for damages, loans, etc., in connection with K Company's sales management trust and fund management agency contract Litigation to confirm the invalidity of the management disposition plan in connection with the reconstruction of Complex B, and prohibition of the general meeting in connection with the housing reconstruction and maintenance project in Complex A.
