After serving as a public-service advocate, Mr. Kong commenced his legal career in 2016 as a criminal lawyer, successfully representing clients in major criminal cases, such Jong-beom Ahn (a former Presidential secretary for economic affairs), Yoochul Won (a former member of the National Assembly), and Samsung Electronics Service Co., Ltd., throughout the investigation and trial proceedings. In addition to his criminal practice, Mr. Kong has expertise in real estate development and construction projects, as well as criminal cases in financial and securities sectors.
