Mr. Kwon graduated from Korea University (LL. B.) and studied at the Graduate School of Law of Seoul National University (Criminal Law Major). After passing the 37th Korean Bar Examination and completing the 27th Judicial Research and Training Institute, he served as a judge and a presiding judge in various courts for 24 years from March 1, 1998, to February 21, 2022.
Having worked at the courts of the first instance (such as the Seoul Central District Court), the appellate court (Seoul High Court), and the Supreme Court (as a Research Judge), he has acquired experiences in dealing with trial works related to almost all fields of law, including civil, criminal, family, administrative, and petition cases. In 2021, he was selected as ‘Outstanding Judge’ by the Seoul Bar Association.
