Attorney Shin graduated 26th Judicial Research and Training Institute, and been working for 20 years in law firms such as Yulchon LLC and Yoon & Yang LLC in practices involving M&A, fund, finance, labor, fair trade, IP, general corporate and litigation to major domestic and foreign companies. She established Shin & Partners based on her legal expertise and experience, and has been providing effective legal services to start-ups, venture companies and various small and medium sized companies. She decided to join Law Firm Lin in 2021 to share her knowledge, expertise and experience with Lin’s attorneys.
