After obtaining her Bachelor of Laws from Huadong University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, China, and her Master of Laws from Sungkyunkwan University, she has worked in various places, such as ALB China, a top law firm in Shanghai, the Shanghai office of a Korean law firm, and a local law firm in Korea, where she gained ample experience in China-Korea matters. Her current practice includes advising Korean companies on investments in China, advising on the establishment of Sino-Korean joint ventures, drafting M&A-related contracts, advising Korean companies on compliance management in China and Chinese companies on compliance management in Korea, advising on business withdrawal/exit from China, reviewing contracts related to trade transactions between Korean and Chinese companies, advising on labor law, and litigating and arbitrating cases involving Chinese companies in Korea.
