Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sun A Yoon worked in the International Business Team of Law Firm Hanjoong, where she handled a variety of matters related to international trade transactions, international contract disputes, overseas expansion of domestic companies, and foreign currency exchange transactions. In particular, she helped domestic companies expand overseas efficiently by advising on licensing and regulation under local laws, including drafting and advising on contracts related to various types of international transactions that entail overseas expansion of domestic companies. She also advised on immigration management (immigration and visa) for individuals and companies.
