Ms. Gil served as an in-house counsel at an accounting firm where she performed tasks relating to tax consultation and tax appeal. Thereafter, Ms. Gil served as an attorney at a law firm where she advised on both litigation and advisory matters, including tax litigation, M&A, fair trade litigation, general corporate, and civil litigation. Further, while working as an in-house counsel of a holding company, Ms. Gil acquired experience in various corporate legal matters (review and execution of various types of agreements, completing M&A deals, dealing with regulations for listed companies, dealing with fair trade and HR matters, etc.).
