After graduating from the Republic of Korea Air Force (“ROKAF”) Academy (30th class), Mr. Bo-Keun Cho completed his master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington and his Ph.D. in the same field at Louisiana State University in the United States. At the Aircraft Program Department of the ROKAF headquarters, he worked as the director of the Aircraft Systems Division of the advanced jet trainer (T-50). After the establishment of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (“DAPA”), he took charge of the Airborne Early Warning and Control (E-X) Project Team and served as the head of the Patriot Missile (SAM-X) Project Team of the Precision Attack and Air Defense Business Department, the head of the Project Team of the Aircraft Program Department (T-50), the director general of the Precision Attack and Air Defense Program Department, the director general of the Aircraft Program Department, and others. With 33 years of diverse experience in the field of defense acquisition, Mr. Cho worked at Yoon & Yang LLC as an advisor in the fields of government procurement and defense procurement since 2015.
