Mr. Soon Chae Jeong obtained over 23 years of experience as a police officer specialized in investigations in white-collar crimes and cybercrimes and over 15 years of experience as the head of an investigation team while he worked as a police officer for more than 30 years. During his service as the investigation team leader, his team was selected as the best investigation team for four times, and he was recognized for his investigative skills. Furthermore, he lectured on subjects such as investigation of white-collar crimes and cybercrimes, the tracing process, and others as an adjunct professor at the Korean Police Investigation Academy and also spoke in several lectures for public institutions and entrepreneurs in a wider platform. Mr. Jeong has been engaged in various activities such as having discussions on legislation, publishing textbooks, and performing research on theses in order to propose strategies and policies for cyber safety in the information and communication technology (ICT) environment which is evolving by the day.
