On October 10, 2023, LIN welcomed the team leader Woohyuk Sky Ju, a US attorney, Sun A Yoon, a US attorney, and administrative officer Ji Hyun Hong from the International Legal Team of Law Firm Hanjoong. Mr. Ju has regularly advised clients such as KOTRA, the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), the Korea Franchise Association (KFA), and the Korea Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (KOSME) for more than 10 years, serving as a bridgehead for Korean companies to expand internationally and for foreign companies to establish a presence in Korea. Drawing upon his extensive experience, Mr. Ju has earned a reputation for delivering legal advice tailored to a company's size, industry, and country of origin. He offers comprehensive one-stop services for international financial and capital transactions, immigration (visas), and commercial registration.
 
Through this recent addition, the scope of cross-border legal services at LIN has expanded comprehensively, encompassing not only the existing areas of M&A, finance, and international contracts and arbitration, but also extending to trade, small to medium-sized FDI, and immigration. We expect a productive synergy to emerge from the extensive international networks of our current U.S. attorneys, Milosz Zurkowski (formerly associated with Simpson Thacher and Kim & Chang), Hye Kyung Christy Lim (formerly associated with Shearman & Sterling and Kim & Chang), and Seong Soo Kim (formerly associated with Baker & McKenzie and Kim & Chang), in combination with the practical skills and experience of Mr. Ju.
