JINJO Crew officially announced via their official social media channel that they have expelled the male member accused of sexual harassment on the 27th and removed the member responsible for posting content that could be considered secondary harassment on the 29th. In addition, Kim Heon-jun, the representative of JINJO Crew, officially apologized, stating, "As a representative, I did everything I could, but I sincerely apologize for not being more considerate of A in a more detailed way."
However, apart from A’s allegation of sexual victimization, they provided clarifications regarding JINJO Crew, the representative, and some of its members. They refuted certain allegations as “groundless” such as an unreasonable team envrionment, members leaving the team due to irregularities, the representative's supporting the alleged sexual assualt perpetrator and gaslighting of alleged sexual assault victims, sexual harassment remarks, and unreasonable exercise of power.
Attorneys Hong-won Lee and Chul-woo Jeong of Law Firm LIN, who are representing JINJO crew, announced that they would not pursue legal actions considering A's position. However, they emphasized that they would take serious legal actions, both civil and criminal, against individuals who reproduce and disseminate posts without verifying the facts or post and disseminate malicious posts and comments about JINJO Crew and its members.
