Mr. Lee started his legal career at Kim & Chang, where he discharged legal services to online service providers, IT and telecommunications companies for more than 11 years.  He also expanded his legal practice to include disputes and advisory work in construction, power, ports, infrastructure, taxation, customs, and criminal matters.

After establishing his own law firm (Law Offices of Jaehak Lee), Mr. Lee also founded and operated his own online legal service company for about two years, focusing on startup-related litigation and advisory cases. To pursue a more dynamic law practice, Mr. Lee joined Lin in mid-2023 and has been practicing litigation and advisory work ever since.
Mr. Lee recently served as the legal representative of a global idol group and successfully handled a dispute case related to an exclusive contract with a large entertainment agency. He will continue to provide realistic and customized comprehensive legal services based on his work experience in various fields.

From 2013 to 2021, Mr. Park worked on various litigation and advisory cases in the Domestic Disputes Group at Bae, Kim & Lee. He achieved good results by focusing on cases involving management embezzlement, breach of fiduciary duty, and bribery of executives of large companies that had become major social issues, as well as cases involving violations of the Public Offices Election Act by members of the National Assembly and heads of local governments. He also has extensive experience in civil litigations related to finance, construction, and real estate. Particularly, he has been recognized for his expertise in advising and litigating cases related to the press, media, and telecommunications based on his experience as a reporter at Chosun Ilbo.
 
In 2021, he was appointed as the first prosecutor of the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials, where he gained experience as Investigation Planning Officer in investigating and prosecuting corruption cases at the Prosecution Division, Investigation Division 1, before joining Lin. As a former journalist, Mr. Park has a keen eye for issues and will provide clear solutions to various disputes of leading domestic and foreign companies, including media-related litigation and disputes.
