Jae Hak Lee (passed 49^th National Bar Examination) of LIN was recognized as one of the “2024 Rising Stars” leading the development of the Korean legal market. The Legal Times annually selects 66 next-generation leaders in the corporate legal market through nominations from law firms in major practice areas and the Legal Times' own evaluation, and Lee of LIN was selected for his outstanding work in the construction, real estate, and entertainment sectors.

While at Kim & Chang, the largest law firm in Korea, Lee handled many cases related to large-scale construction projects such as the Four Major Rivers Project, the Daejeon Yuseong Complex Terminal Project, and the Busan New Port Construction Project, and is also active in various cases related to construction and real estate at LIN. Most recently, Lee successfully resolved a dispute related to a construction project by representing the project owner and negotiating a settlement that resulted in a reduction of most of the 100 billion won in additional construction costs claimed by the contractor.

Furthermore, in the entertainment sector, Lee represented members of EXO, a global boy group, - Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin - in a dispute over their exclusive contracts with an entertainment giant, SM Entertainment. Lee launched a relentless offensive against SM Entertainment, who was represented by Kim & Chang, including sending contract termination notices and filing complaints with the Fair Trade Commission, ultimately negotiating a settlement in favor of the artists.

Lee, who serves as the Chair of LIN's Digital Committee, is also an active advisor to startups, serving as a mentoring lawyer for the Legal Support Group for Startups of the Startup and Venture Regulatory Innovation Division of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and the Seoul National University’s  Support Group for Startups.
