LIN (Managing Partner Jin Seok Lim) has newly recruited Soon Young Park (39th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute), who has worked as an in-house counsel at SK Planet for 11 years.

Park graduated from Ewha Womans University School of Law and passed the 49th National Judicial Examination. After working in the litigation practice at a law firm, she gained expertise in a diverse range of fields, including online platforms, fintech (payments), e-commerce, and general corporate law at SK Planet, an ICT-focused affiliate of SK Group.

Tae Eon KOO, Head of TMT Group (24th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute) said, “In a time when it is challenging to find legal experts who meet the needs of companies in technology-driven industries, the addition of Soon Young Park to our team will be significantly elevate the capabilities of LIN’s TMT group.”

This latest recruitment is part of LIN's continued trajectory of growth in both its litigation and advisory practices. LIN has recently welcomed distinguished legal professionals, including former President of the Judicial Research and Training Institute Nack Song Sung, former Senior Judge of the Seoul Central District Court Seong Ho Lee, and former Senior Judge at the Seoul High Court.
