LIN has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Arcterra, a multi-cloud data management specialist, to strengthen data compliance and governance. Through this partnership, the two companies plan to jointly develop and provide an ‘integrated legal advisory-information management solution’ to corporate clients in various industries, including the financial sector.

LIN’s managing partner Jin Seok Lim said that through this collaboration, LIN and Arcterra will engage in joint consulting and build best practice models, which will enable domestic companies to effectively respond to complex regulatory environments.

Pete Murray, General Manager for Arcterra APAC, emphasized that this MOU is Arcterra’s first such partnership in the Asia Pacific region. He explained that by combining LIN’s legal risk diagnosis with Arcterra’s technical solutions, they can deliver a customized, integrated solution to each company.
