Nack Song SUNG is the Head of the Litigation Practice at LIN LLC, where he oversees overall litigation matters and handles civil, criminal, administrative, and family cases along with related corporate advisory services.

He began his career as a judge at the Seoul Criminal District Court in 1988 and served with distinction at various levels of courts until his retirement in 2019 as the President of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. During his tenures as the Senior Presiding Judge of the Civil Division at the Seoul Central District Court and the Senior Presiding Judge at the Seoul High Court, he handled various provisional attachment and injunction cases and gained profound expertise in the field. Furthermore, drawing on his extensive experience in judicial administration gained through his service as a Director at the National Court Administration, the inaugural standing member of the Sentencing Commission of the Supreme Court, the Chief Judge of the Suwon District Court, and the President of the Judicial Research and Training Institute (JRTI), he currently serves as an arbitrator at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), an outside director for major corporations, and a committee member of for various government agencies.
