 Transactional Advice​   
 
• Assisted foreign clients (telecom, finance, software, auto parts, energy, fashion, etc.) on incorporation of subsidiaries, acquisition of shares, and day-to-day operation in Korea
• Advised U.K., U.S., Canadian and Korean lessors, lenders, intermediaries, and equity interests in leveraged equipment leasing transactions, including cross-border aircraft leasing and financing
• Advised U.S., Swiss, and Spanish companies on M&A transactions in Venezuela, Brazil, and Uruguay
• Represented a Korean investor in the initial stage of the acquisition of a golf resort in Malaysia 
• Assisted a major Korean manufacturing company to establish local production facilities in Brazil 
• Advised a major Korean company on the acquisition of oil blocks in Colombia and Chile 
• Advised Korean companies on energy (lithium, hydroelectric) and infrastructure projects (highway, park, public transportation payment system) in Malaysia, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru 
• Conducted a comparative study of the foreign investment regimes (Korea and Paraguay) for the Government of Paraguay 


 Dispute Resolution

• Acted as counsel in international arbitrations under the rules of UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, and KCAB 
• Assisted Korean companies in connection with cross-border litigation and bankruptcy procedures taking place in Brazil, Greece, Spain, Vietnam, etc. 
• Obtained judicial recognition of Korean rehabilitation procedures in the Philippines, the Netherlands, and Mexico 
​• Advised a Japanese aviation company on preventive attachment of receivables and enforcement of foreign judgements in Korea 
• Advised a Russian bank on the implementation of sanctions on Russia in Korea 
• Co-counsel for a French investor in a multimillion arbitration before ICSID against the Republic of Argentina 
​• Collection of overseas receivables for government agencies and private companies
