David Yang discussed the impact of recent geopolitical changes on international trade dispute resolution at the “2024 Seoul Summit on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China” co-organized by the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC/BIAC) and KCAB on November 14, 2024.
