Mid-sized law firms LIN and LKB & Partners have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to merge and become one firm. With each firm's strengths in corporate advisory and litigation, the merger will create a new full-service law firm.
The firms expect to have more than 200 lawyers in Korea once the merger is complete. The merger of the firms, each of which had strengths in corporate advisory and litigation, will create a new full-service law firm, which is expected to be ranked among the top 10 in Korea.
