About the Team

TEK&LAW is an expert group established in 2012, that aims to provide innovative legal services in the field of technology. Awarded four times (2015, 2016, 2017, 2019) as the “Leading Lawyers in the IT Field” by the Legal Times, TEK&LAW has received recognition as a leading professional group of lawyers specializing in IT. At the beginning of 2019, TEK&LAW merged with LIN, which encompasses various fields of corporate law for they share the same goals and have complementary strengths. Currently, TEK&LAW is taking the lead in providing innovative legal services in the diverse fields of new industries such as the TMT· Data Security Sector of LIN.

The TEK&LAW Sector consists of more than 50 members, which is comprised of 21 professionals and various support staff, including more than 27 partners, foreign attorneys, accountants and expert advisors. The main members of LIN are included because the TEK&LAW Sector provides legal services that are necessary in the digital transformation era.
