• Handled the criminal litigation relating to the collapse of the Daegu subway and advised on the administrative sanctions against inappropriate business entities
• Handled the criminal litigation relating to the collapse of a bridge in Jecheon and advised on administrative sanctions, e.g., suspension of business
• Advised on an arbitration relating to S Company’s construction site of Incheon LNG (receipt of KRW 12,400,000,000), advised on a claim regarding design changes of the 7-2 construction section of K high-speed rail (claimed approximately KRW 13,000,000,000), advised on claims relating to the design change, price fluctuation, and price adjustment based on the actual cost and the contract amount of various public constructions
• Advised on damage compensation with regards to the construction cost of subcontracting companies and for violations of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act
• Carried out cases on restitution of unjust enrichment brought by subcontracting companies
• Heightening the reservoir bank for the three sections of the Han River (Four Major Rivers Restoration Project), H high-speed rail, and N construction
