Suk-Ho BANG, head of the AI Industry Center, previously served as President of the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI), a national research institute; CEO of Arirang TV, a national promotional broadcaster; Director of KBS; and Director of the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation (KESC). He has been involved in drafting, revising, and providing policy consultations on the Telecommunications Business Act, Broadcasting Act, Framework Act on Informatization Promotion, Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Venture Businesses, and other major IT-related laws. He also served as a professor and Dean of Hongik University College of Law. Based on his extensive experience in providing consultations on IT-related policies and legislations, including telecommunications, broadcasting, Digital Media City in Sangam-dong, and advisory services for developing countries, and as president of related academic societies, he has provided digital legislative advisory services to the Cambodian government until recently.
