Mr. Jeon majored in computer science and statistics for his bachelor’s degree and became a lawyer after completing the Judicial Research and Training Institute. He specializes in intellectual property rights, information technology and personal information (privacy). He served and is serving in various positions including a Member of the New IP Committee, Presidential Council on Intellectual Property, a Member of the Improvement of Unfair Competition Prevention Act Committee, the Korean Intellectual Property Office, an Expert Member and Advisor of the Personal Information Protection Commission, an Arbitrator of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, and an adjunct professor of the School of Law, Chung Ang University. Mr. Jeon also published papers on intellectual property rights, privacy law, software, open source, copyright, electronic signature, NFT, etc.
