• Represented a foreign company in dissolution and liquidation of its Korean subsidiary, corporate bankruptcy proceedings, etc.

• Represented a foreign company in various civil lawsuits against Koreans and Korean companies, including claims for repayment of loans, claims for restitution of unjust enrichment, and claims for damages for tortious acts, etc.
• Represented foreign companies in registering intellectual property applications in Korea, criminal prosecutions for intellectual property infringement, and civil litigations
• Numerous administrative lawsuits related to visas for foreigners, including a lawsuit to cancel the denial of application for change of status, etc.
