On December 6, Attorney Seung Kwan Choi of Lin’s Construction & Real Estate team participated in a “Seminar on Institutional Improvements for the Advancement of the Apartment Management Industry,” hosted by National Assemblyman Seok Jun Hong of the People Power Party. The seminar was a special event organized by the Korea Housing Management Industry Research Institute and the Korea Housing Management Association on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of the Korea Housing Management Association and sponsored by various organizations. The seminar was attended by Representative Seok Jun Hong and Attorney Seung Kwan Choi of Lin, Chairman Kim Won Il of the National Association of Apartment Residents' Representatives, Chairman Cho Man Hyun of the Korea Housing Association, Chairman Lee Sun Mi of the Korea Housing Management Association, and Kim Min Tae of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's Housing Construction and Supply Division.
 
In the discussion, various opinions were presented regarding the issues and improvement measures for the management of apartment complexes. Mr. Choi, who participated as an expert in the construction and real estate field, suggested, "Since experts in housing management are the housing management operators, it is necessary to empower them with authority over the management of apartment complexes, but also impose strong responsibilities based on the exercise of that authority.
