· Advised an overseas apparel manufacturer on the Rehabilitation of its Korean supplier -
· Represented creditors in the Rehabilitation proceedings of a Korean publishing company -
· Represented a foreign creditor in the Rehabilitation proceedings of an automotive parts supplier -
· Counsel to creditors in the Rehabilitation proceedings of a Korean shipbuilding company -
· Counseled more than 2,000 individual bankruptcy cases and taught credit recovery classes at municipalities such as Eunpyeong Village and Yongsan-gu Community Center -
· Personal Rehabilitation: Preparation of initial application, conservatorship, cease-and-desist order, repayment plan, and other procedures, prompt and accurate response, nil dismissal due to intentionality or negligence on the part of the attorney, 80% to 90% repayment rate, and many successful cases of sole proprietorship and reapplication -
· Personal Bankruptcy: Litigation and out-of-court strategic defense of Bankruptcy and discharge applications, as well as bankruptcy trustee's disclaimer issues. Nil case of final dismissal, and numerous cases of post-petition discharge confirmation
